Tropical Storm Hermine heads for Mexico-Texas coast

Tropical Storm Hermine formed in the southwest Gulf of Mexico on Monday and strengthened slightly as it moved toward the coast of northeast Mexico and southern Texas, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said.
