firsthandweather.com – Tropical Storm Hermine could become a weak hurricane before making landfall possibly in the Brownsville, TX area or just south of there. Although this storm is a weaker storm, I am worried about the flooding issue in particular. Hermine will have the capability to dump a lot of rain in a small period of time. People along the Texas and Mexico coast do not need to underestimate this storm because even a weak storm can cause damage. We will continue to watch the situation here at firsthandweather.com very closely so be sure to stay tuned.
