WEBSITE: www.synergy-athletics.com BULL STRENGTH www.bullstrength.com ORIGINAL POST synergy-athletics.com In December I laid out the ground work for Creating An Economy Gym, but I left out something important. …And this DOES NOT COST A DIME. MOTIVATION If you are motivated, hell you could work out with a car tire and a garbage can lid. Nothing stops the motivated. (A good article to read about motivation was my rant about – Youth, A Fighter, And The Dying Breed.) Weighted chin up I need to thank Todd Hamer, the strength coach down at Robert Morris University for reminding me of that fact. When you think of a Division I or IAA strength program, you usually image a weight room with all the bells and whistles. I visited the Rutgers University weight room, they must have had at LEAST 15 power racks, turf for running, tons of machines, sleds, etc. It was MASSIVE! While all that equipment is nice to have, I'd still set motivated coaches and athletes as FIRST PRIORITY. At RMU they had about 4 power racks for all their division 1 AA sports. Doesn't matter. As soon as we started lifting Todd was flying around the weight room like a mad man giving everyone the swift kick in the rear that they needed. Robert Morris University Athletics Bench Press We worked up to 345+ lbs on the bench and it was going up easy. Not because of the fancy bench, an expensive bar, a top of the line rack. It was because there was a motivator in the room! It was contagious. Strength Training at Robert …

I synced in the English translation from the album booklet as subtitles. I have a much better video in which I arranged clips from the movie Lost in Translation, but I am unable to upload it to YouTube for stupid copyright reasons. If you know how to bypass this, could you please tell me?

In theaters: June 4th, 2010 Realizing the urban legend of their youth has actually come true, two filmmakers delve into the mystery behind five missing children and the real—life boogeyman linked to their disappearance in their hometown of Staten Island, New York. Growing up on Staten Island, filmmakers Joshua Zeman and Barbara Brancaccio had often heard the legend of Cropsey. For the kids in their neighborhood, Cropsey was the escaped mental patient who lived in the old abandoned Willowbrook Mental Institution, who would come out late at night and snatch children off the streets. Sometimes Cropsey had a hook for a hand, other times he wielded a bloody axe, but it didnt matter, Cropsey was always out there, lurking in the shadows, waiting to get them. Later as teenagers, the filmmakers assumed Cropsey was just an urban legend: a cautionary tale used to keep them out of those abandoned buildings and stop them from doing all those things that teenagers like to do. That all changed in the summer of 1987 when a 13—year—old girl with Down syndrome, named Jennifer Schweiger, disappeared from their community. That was the summer all the kids from Staten Island discovered that their urban legend was real. Now as adults Joshua and Barbara have returned to Staten Island to create Cropsey, a feature documentary that delves into the mystery behind Jennifer and four additional missing children. The film also investigates Andre Rand, the real—life boogeyman linked to their …
