This is Hilcrest Park in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, taken 4/25/2011. I woke up this morning to mandatory evacuation of my house due to rising waters. The levees broke in some areas of Poplar Bluff, and the rain is not scheduled to stop till Wednesday.
