Mani, a seven-year-old parakeet from Malaysia, has been giving advice to locals for years in Singapore's historic 'little India' district. He's also made World Cup predictions, choosing Holland, Uruguay, Germany and Spain to make it to the semi-finals. Now, he's picking the Netherlands to win it all. Gary Hamilton reports.
