Gibbs’ past comes back to haunt him tonight on NCIS (CBS, 8 ET/PT) when the witness to the murder of a Navy captain turns out to be none other than his former mother-in-law played by Emmy winner and Oscar nominee Gena Rowlands. Doesn’t that just sound like a case fraught with complications.
