Celtics finish off 76ers in Game 7 to reach Eastern Conference finals

Rajon Rondo had 18 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds as the Celtics beat the Philadelphia 76ers, 85-75, Saturday night to advance to face the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference finals.
