In a rematch from the 2008 Beijing games in which the US held on for an 11-point win, this team again faced a very tough Spanish squad, holding on for a 107-100 win on Sunday for Team USA's 14th gold medal. LeBron James was the star, coming off the bench with four fouls in the fourth quarter and capping it with a dunk and a 3 late for the Americans.
