The MRU are called to a car crash where the driver seems to have been drinking and has a head injury. When they try to approach him becomes agro at them. Mike eventually talks him down and gets his name out of him. Why was he driving? Does he have a head injury? Was he really drunk? A woman is brought into the ED after a suspected stroke. Her daughter goes with her and confirms that she has a history of strokes/heart attacks. When her other daughter comes in, a debate begins to take place over the treatment of their mother? Why so different opinions? Will they make the best decisions? Charlotte's in a worry over the fact the creach has been closed because of a whooping cough outbreak and that Zac will have nobody to mind him. When Bart offers to Baby sit him, both Charlotte and Frank jump at the idea. Will Bart be able to look after Zac? Will Charlotte appreciate Bart looking after Zac? Bart and Amy are having trouble getting together both in work and out of work. Bart says he'll try to get put on the same shifts as Amy but when a miscommunication happens things get a little awry. will they be able to get together? And Jo still hasn't told Declan what Mike said to her about him having a neurological disorder. When she finds out the jump was brought forward she speaks to him which does not go well. Will they be able to continue a relationship? Will he get checked? Will Jo face her fears?
